Lea Jade is a painter, composer and synaesthete. In her paintings she combines sound and color: she sees music in its course, in its mood and in its rhythm in colors.
The synaesthete depicts musical compositions by transferring them in paint onto canvas: the basic principle of the works is a succession of several acrylic layers and thus musical impressions.
While listening to the notes, new color visions constantly emerge during the painting process, which only result in a complete picture in the temporal sequence.
In her artistic work to date, Lea Jade has transferred various musical styles such as jazz, classical and electro onto canvas and explored the diversity of musical progressions. She has also been painting her own musical compositions for several years.
